Thanks for choosing to add a little sparkle from my studio to your life! Here’s how your soon-to-be favorite jewelry gets to you:

🛠️ Processing Time

For pieces that are in stock and ready to ship, please allow 3–5 business days for me to prepare your order before it heads out the door.

For made-to-order items, please allow 1-2 weeks for me to create your beautiful new treasure.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

• Within the US: I ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail — most orders arrive in 3–5 business days after shipping.

• International: Delivery times can vary (think 7–21 business days), depending on where you are in the world. Sometimes customs slows things down, but hey, good things come to those who wait!

💸 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. No surprises here!

🔍 Tracking Your Sparkle

As soon as your package ships, I’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your treasure’s journey every step of the way.

🌍 International Orders & Customs

For my friends outside the US, please note that customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply — these are handled by you and aren’t in my hands. I am also not responsible for any packages lost or stolen once they leave the US Postal Service.  I've been burned too many times by this!  If you don't trust your local postal service, please upgrade shipping to FedEx, DHL, or UPS.

😟 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package goes on a little adventure without you or shows up less-than-perfect, contact me within 7 days of the expected delivery date. I’ll help track it down or make things right.
